Ellen Tracy leather heels

Are they boots? Are they shoes? Are they shoe-boots? You figure it out; it's beyond me! All I know is they are beautiful. Black leather Ellen Tracy slip-ons, size 7. The small brown spots you see in photo 3 is, I believe, just excess glue. Otherwise in excellent condition. Really lovely...footwear!
