Beautiful bright floral dress from Ellen Tracy. Scoop neck in the front with V-neck and zipper closure in the back. Full lined skirt with pockets. Has loops for a belt but no belt included. No size tag but measurements suggest size large. Pit to pit 20” Length 40.5” Waist 17”
