5 1/2 inch LE high heels stiletto shoes worn a few times glow in the shoe at the base where the silhouette of the lady is blue and red the switches on the side and it comes with a battery pack in the heel. I’m not sure on the sides what that dirt is from maybe from being in the box or I’m not sure but it can be cleaned out I guess.
