Ellie Wilde Prom Dress/ Evening gown. Royal Blue (size 0)

This dress is incredible. Worn once, very long, very elegant. Has a slight train at the back. I am 5'9", have a size 26” waist and it fits like a comfy glove. Tiny stain on front that it came with that is barely noticeable.
