Physically / structurally it's in perfect shape. It does, however, have some (fairly faint) color transfer from being stored next to a darker item (lower half), a mark on the top (hidden when worn as it's near the zipper), and a minor scuff / mark under the shoulder strap (also hidden when worn as it's on the underside).
