@pumpkinmiss hi there. No damage this is brand new. I wore it once on vacation and just don’t gravitate to it anymore.
It is 33” in length from the back side top to bottom hem
And shoulder to shoulder is hard because it’s loose arm but roughly 22”. But again it’s very slowly and forgiving.
The waist is adjustable and it’s longer in the back to account for the bum.
