Embroidered Black and Pink Midi Skirt

Beautiful black skirt with pink and white embroidery. Asymmetrical waist line and hem adds funky flare. Elastic waist for comfort. Tag says XXS but I’m marking it a size up because it fits bigger. 13” waist measured flat but can stretch to about 17” (I was certainly never a 26” waist!). Free hips with flowy cut.
