Embroidered skirt and top coord (two piece)

NWT 100% cotton skirt and top coord set with hand embroidered roses. One of a kind and so cute for summers as an outfit or a swimsuit cover up. Bought it from a boutique during my travels and just never got to wear it. It's smocked and elasticated so can fit a range of sizes. Waist: can fit 25 - 38 inches Length of skirt: 12.5 inches Bust: can stretch to 38 inches
