Emerald Green Velvet Cape Dress

This Betsy and Adam Green velvet cape dress is a showstopper. I lost weight and due to the style it cannot be taken in. I’ve added some model pictures so you can see what it looks like. Laid flat: Bust 19.5” Waist 17” . Measurements are approximate as the dress has lots of draping and stretch so it’s very roomy.
