Emerald Green Velvet Tank

deep emerald green form fitting sleeveless top with a slight crop (great for layering and tucking into pants, shorts, skirts) and princess neckline missing size + fabric tag but it would best fit an extra small (XS or even XXS). the fabric is probably polyester but has a nice, soft velvet-y texture. the 2 bows have slightly frayed ends but other than that, the top is in great condition.
