Emerald Velvet Skirt

I love to see a cotton velvet. This midi length skirt is plush, emerald velvet & fully lined. She’s got pockets & zip/hook closure. Marked as size 16, but please check msmts for preferred fit. Waist: 14 3/4 inches Hip: 23 1/2 inches Length: 30 1/2 inches **please note: a couple sheen spots, where some monster had her clipped with a metal hanger. 😭 Located at waistband and front/left hem. **lining at bottom of zipper has a section of frayed fabric. It’s been reinforced.
