A sweet ruffle neck with keyhole tie closure, this is a lovely little dress. It has been hemmed as shown in the last picture, but it is definitely still a wearable piece. The materials tag has been removed however I do believe it to be a polyester, hand wash and hang to dry. There are no stains, or holes in this dress, with the exception of the hem it has not been altered. It is in very good preloved condition.
