Emmanuel Womens light sage green thin suede double belt medium

Emmanuel light green suede belt with gold coloured hardware. Says size medium but I’m not sure how it’s supposed to be worn. Wrapped around twice is quite small but around once is quite large. I took pictures of the measurements and can add more or answer questions if you have any. Good vintage condition.
