Emmebivi wool made in Italy bodysuit

Emmebivi wool made in Italy bodysuit New, newel used. No tag. Very warm, 100% wool Size 4 supposedly refer to L, hovered I am L and it’s too small (especially length wise ). This, refer to measurements. I suggest it to M, if not even S-M for a looser fit. It does stretches in the width, but not much for length.
