Empire waist white layered polka dot coastal cowgirl boho dress

In great condition. White and mini polka dot dress. Can be use for maternity and as a regular dress. Multi layer dress with lace bottom. Empire waist cut, the ribbon is white velvet and shows dirt due to the material catching it. Please see photos. Just a little bit wrinkly from storing. Tag says M/L but it's on a smaller side.
