Empoli blown glass pedestal compote bowl. A pretty ultramarine blue bowl with clear glass stem & foot. Scalloped edge on the top edge. Bowl is smooth on the outside and ribbed inside. Would look stunning as a candle holder with led lights and clear crystals! Height: 6" Rim diameter: 6 3/4" Depth of bowl: 2 1/4" Base diameter: 4 3/4" Refer to the last picture, to see the polished pontil mark. The 'scar' from where the glass makers tool was attached to the glass. Vintage Condition: NO chips. NO cracks.
