Enamelware decorative item

It was originally used in hospitals during war times but now it is strictly for decorative purposes. The enamel has some wear which is normal for its age. It was made for the US military to use in hospitals. It was filled with water and Vicks VapoRub, put over a heat source and positioned in between beds to help sick patients breathe.
