Encircled Dressy Sweatpants in size medium, new without tags. I bought them new and wore once. Washed in cold and air dried. They are extremely soft and comfortable, I just don't wear this style. Unstretched flat waist measures 13 inches, stretches to 17 inches. My waist is 15 inches and these fit very comfortably on me. From a small Canadian company and made in Canada from Lenzing Micromodal (a plant based material) and Lycra. Details from website: Flattering wide pleats and ruching at the ankle.
