Encircled Puff Sleeve Plum Sweatshirt Dress

New without tags. Super cute A-line dress with puff sleeves at the cuff (not Anne Shirley’s definition of puff sleeves). I bought this on final sale a couple years ago and never wore it. It is an XL but definitely fits more like a large. It would be really adorable for someone with slightly smaller hips than me. (Mine are 45”). It has stretch, but I’m not a fan of clothing stretching over my hips
