Crisp white, crossover, belted, pleated blouse by encore in size 22. NWOT. There are small buttons to secure the cross over of the blouse. Cuffed at wrists. This is a very professional statement blouse. In great condition with some slight yellowing from age but was difficult to capture. Not noticeable when worn.
I’ve used oxi clean and the slight yellow is gone.

@mrspicasso777 tried on and I may have worn it once. The tags are off. It’s been in storage for probably a decade. Before I mail I wash everything because it’s been in storage. I have oxi clean so it will come out beautifully.
