English Factory Top with Back Tie

It’s a cute top with blue and white stripes red buttons at the cuffs and you can tie a bow at the back to adjust it. It has a deep plunging neckline. Been worn once. Excellent condition. I cut off the fabric tags so I don’t remember what it’s made of but it’s some sort of blend.
