English Factory blue backless midi dress

Gorgeous garden dress from English Factory. Bright blue cotton high neck, open back, tea length dress. The open back with elastic scrunch straps is so cute. The tag is cut out so I don’t know the size but it fits a medium/large due to the elasticity in the waist and the straps. Like new condition.
