English Staffordshire “Olde Avon Dale” scalloped serving bowl. J & G Meakin England. Bowl is in excellent condition. 12 1/2" wide. J & G Meakin 12 inch Platter Olde Avon Dale English Staffordshire Vintage multi colored Mill Scene Measures 12" long x 9.5" wide Beautiful piece of J & G Meakin English Staffordshire china in the Olde Avon Dale pattern. The platter features a mill scene on cream ceramic with shades of brown and touches of rose, green and blue. (No yellow in this piece.) Very pretty! This platter has very good color in comparison to other pieces I’ve seen which can be either faded or painted in overly strong colors. The platter is in excellent vintage condition.
