Hi, my name is Rita and I'm really enjoying the Poshmark community. 🌻 Having had my own business previously, I am a big believer in excellent customer service. 😊 I sell quality items, not necessarily lux or very high end though some are, but I don't sell anything that should go in the trash. I ship same day if possible or next day and I make sure that your order will be a pleasant or fun package to open. I always include useful tokens of my appreciation 💐 because I want you to know that your support is appreciated and because it's fun for me to do! 😉 As a BUYER, I open my purchased orders immediately and then rate and comment so that your earnings are not held hostage. I always try to leave a love note🌹and I totally appreciate poshers that do the same. ❤️ When I auction an item at a low price, I am fully aware and prepared that my item may sell low and I will always honor the sale because it is the right thing to do. The choice is mine alone to take that risk. By nature, I am definitely a nurturer and an empath...I strive always to be kind and understanding, but when someone confuses my kindness for being a doormat I am not shy about laying out my boundaries.
