Hi there! I took a closer look and there is an area on the sleeve by the shoulder/ underarm where the silk appears slightly stretched. It’s tough to see because of the leopard print. I thought it was just the pattern at first. I attached a photo up close.

Otherwise the blouse is in great condition. Hem, buttons, fabric, collar, etc - all in tact. 😊
