Erdem Viscose/Cotton Floral Sheath Dress (FITS SMALL) - GUC w/ minor zipper flaw

Very elegant dark floral Erdem dress purchased secondhand in 2015/2016. GORGEOUS floral pattern with a black polyester net lining (not super soft but not scratchy/uncomfortable either - this dress is comfortable to wear). Minimalist sheath design, composed of several panels of fabric with no embellishment/design details other than a very short (5-6'') slit at the back, shown in the last photo. Excellent used condition with no rips, stains, holes, EXCEPT the zipper won't close quite all the way to the top (like just the last 2-3 teeth won't zip) and the hook fastener therefore won't close either. Shown in photos 5-6. This is not noticeable IMO when the dress is being worn, and the zipper does not come undone on its own. IMPORTANT: Although the size tag says 12, it fits me (modelling in the 1st photograph) quite comfortably and I'm closer to a size 8. Please check the measurements and purchase accordingly! Garment measurements: 18'' P2P 15.5'' waist 39'' length My measurements: 5'7'' height 36'' bust 29'' waist 41'' hips There is a little bit of room in the dress so I think if you're an inch or two in either direction in bust/waist/hips you should be okay.
