Escada Blazer Teal With Striped Cuffs

Teal blue with navy/cream striped cuffs. Confusing fabric content label, but looks like the exterior is 60% Viscose, 40% Virgin wool. Seems unworn, pockets still sewn closed. I opened up 1 to be sure it was a ‘real’ pocket. Lightly padded shoulders. Size 40, which I believe converts to size 8. Measurements are: 16” across the back at top shoulder seams, 25 1/2” sleeve, 28” length.
