allatoalla measurements are taken with the dress layed flat, pit 2 pit 20", but princess seams do give some room, i would say another 1" at least, waist 18 1/2", hips 22", length 37"

allatoalla No the fabric does not have any stretch in it, it is a heavy,solid silk, it is not a stiff fabric, but it does not have any stretch in it, the bust are is a bit roomier due to additional extra inch or two due to princes seams, the dress has an invisible zipper at the back.
