This fantastic, thick, crinkly cotton skirt is fully lined. It has a nice border detail several inches above the bottom hem. This paper-bag skirt measures approximately 20” at the waist and hip and has a matching belt. Gorgeous belt loops. Measures about 23” in length. Back functional pocket with button closure.
