loveslime99 Hi there, can you tell me is it an elastic waist? If so, what is the flat measurement unstretched? And how far out does it go?

roseylaurel @loveslime99 No its not a stretchy waist as the main body of the skirt is not stretchy. I.e. any give in the black waistband for sitting/bending comfort isn't really worth noting since it's not a stretchy skirt.

roseylaurel @loveslime99 Actually I just pulled it out of storage to double check and there is mire give than I expected, it basically goes from 14" flat to 16" stretched. At the waist. Hope that helps.
