Eschenbach Porcelain, Prof Th. Karner, Goat/Kid

Wonderful rare Kaerner goat/kid in porcelain, made by the Eschenbach factory (assumed). The manufacturer's stamp has worn off, but Prof. Th. Karner who was a prolific animal sculptor for Rosenthal, Nymphenburg and then after WW2, Eschenbach, is stamped on the base. In excellent vintage condition, no chips, cracks or other imperfections seen. Hand-painted, and wonderfully textured and realistic. A small piece of porcelain must have come off the interior mold as it rattles but there is no damage to the exterior.
