new, never worn eshakti dress. tweed with bottom ruffle and short sleeves. high neck with fringe detail. eshakti dresses don't have price tags because you order from the factory but it's brand new lined this dress is so well made and I love it....but I ordered the wrong size for me. marked as large/size 14 but it fits more like UK sizing. lay flat measurements: pit to pit is 18.5 inches waist is 17" hip is 20" there is no stretch in the fabric or lining
