Eshakti Womanʻs black embroidered button down dress size US 4

This dress is the bomb, It is just beautiful with a embroidered picture of a bird along the bottom and red buttons down the front. It pains me to get rid of this, but it does not fit me. Dress is in great condition, as I was never able to wear it. Size small (US 4)
