Eshakti custom- Navy floral

Floor length dress with a multicolor floral pattern. Fabric looks like a chiffon overlay but its one fabric and a navy blue lining. This dress is STUNNING!!! I almost wore this to a wedding but didn't want to have to get a 2nd invitation for my tatas. Pockets... what else do I say really. Long waist tie placed in front or back and strings to hold in place photographed. This is a tailored treasure, I got it from a consignment shop. Best for a shorter person 5'2 and under I'd say. Or on a much taller person who could wear it tea length, knee or above the knee. I'm 4'11 you all are giants. Last 2 pictures I have the dress pinned on it's too small but needed to show it on. ptp - 17" ( some flexibility with this cut) sts - 15" waist flat - 16" neck - hem 50" Most of these items are from my own closet they are steamed, pressed, sticky rolled and examined for an extra time before sending.
