Bought from ModCloth, Esley Aqua Blue Collared Button Up Dress. No size tag but fits like a small, measurements in the photos. There is a size zipper, the material is not stretchy. A beautiful vibrant Aqua colour, the fabric covered buttons add a luxurious detail. String belt loops allow you to add your own belt.
