Espresso brown was omnipresent on the fashion runways for the Fall 2024 season. Hues vary w/light. Light fabric: ideal for cooler temperatures. The beads at the front are a clever mix of shapes & media (wood & a type of transparent plastic outlined by shiny copper coloured lines):see close-ups pictures. The embellished plastron-shaped part of the dress is not overwhelming so you could wear it day or night, depending on your choice of accessories. The collar, shoulder and upper sleeves have interesting unusual cut and finish (see relevant pictures). Notably, the cut of the shoulders is very flattering & the end of the sleeves is ruched: The elegant line of the skirt part of the dress is like an "A" The label says size large but this is a vintage fr/the end of the 1980’s; contemporary size is more like a medium. Best is to look at the measurements to make sure it fits you Mannequin has no bump so the dress falls “square”, especially at the back. It should fit your forms perfectly. It is washable by hand so ideal for travel or the practical woman. Condition: Did not see any flaw but this is vintage. However, belt is missing, so priced accordingly.
