Etnika Slog colorful circles dress

Cotton/rayon/spandex dress from Slovenian company Etnika Slog. Beautiful, colourful concentric circle pattern on a black background. The dress is slightly stretchy but not super stretchy. please note that the style is more of an '80s cut where the top of the dress is significantly wider than the bottom. Dropped sleeves. No size tag, guesstimating an XXL due to measurements. Please see measurements below for details. Good used condition, slightly worn overall. One section at the back of the left side is a bit fuzzy, easily remedied with a fuzz shaver.
