European Plus-Size Dress

Ulla Popken plus-size dress, purchased in Austria. Black and white pattern woven-look fabric with black side panel insets. Very flattering. Short zipper at back of neck with a single back pleat below it. Black ribbon trim detail at shoulders, neckline and cuffs. Plain hem. Length just below the knee.
