Evan Picone chiffon draped blouse EUC

Really pretty draped floral blouse. Wrap style that closes at waist with a series of four snaps. Very lightweight fabric. Floral design in shades of blue. Size tag is 14 and the lay flat measurements are pit to pit of 22" and length of 24" - waist is 15.5". I am listing this as a large based on the measurements as they are on the small side of 14. Could fit XL as well. The blouse is in great condition - no flaws or damage. Fabric is 100% rayon.
