Evan-Picone knee length polka dot dress

Who doesn’t need another LBD in their closet? Day, evening, garden/cocktail party, or special occasion, this little black dress is really versatile. Empire waist ruching it hits just below the knee on me (I’m 5’6”), shoulder to hem is 42”. Fully lined and super flowy can be worn with heels, flats, flip flops or sandals to dress it up or down.
