This Canadian-designed dress was made in Montreal, Quebec. It is beautifully constructed and fits like a dream! This dress is 100% polyester and is fully lined. Only worn a handful of times, this garment is like-new. I believe this dress was part of the 2013 Fall/Winter Collection.
