Evening 80s 💯silk blouse from Mercedes & Adrienne paisley beaded tie collar

Superb retro. The blouse has a lovely black, red, pink, gold, copper and pewter paisley print with black beaded panels on the shoulders and around the semi-batwing sleeves. There is a 1" flap over the black beaded panels (see photo) Black cuffs with fabric covered buttons. The off-center neck opening has a hidden button and snap closure. Slightly loose banded collar with off center tie. Loose sleeves with shoulder pads.
