Ever New Boots - Euro 38 fits like US size 7.5

Brand new Ever New ankle boot 3.5 inch heel, faux leather with tassel zippers on exterior. Boots zip inside when getting them on and off. Do not have original shoebox. Size 38 sticker still on shoe, fit more like US 7.5. Boots have been worn once on New Year’s Eve for about 3 hours. Selling them as they were a bit small and likely won’t wear again.
