Ever New Geri Tie Back Pleated Dress

NWT, only tried on, in perfect condition. Bought it for an event but decided to go with a different dress. Ever New maxi dress size 4 in bright red. Has a strappy halter neck, concealed side zip, and tie back detail. V neckline with ruching on the bodice, and a pleated skirt. Great for holiday parties and valentine's. Hard to get good measurements of this dress because of the tie back, but it's about 13" around the waist. Last photo has an image of Ever New's size chart for reference.
