Ever New Melbourne Red Evening Dress - Size 4

Only ever tried on at home. Bought for an event but didn't end up using it so it's been sitting in the closet. Features a mini dress underneath and layered chiffon fabric on top, super flowy. Criss cross at the back. Comes with a thin gold belt. It got a little ripple-y from sitting the closet. The thin belt loops can easily be removed from the sides of the dress if you don't want to use the belt. Let me know if you have any questions.
