Everly Navy and White Floral Dress with Tie

Super cute dress, no flaws. Arms are just too loose on me. Has a cute tie in middle of chest area. I wouldn’t say it’s a mini dress, more of a short midi length. I’m 5’5” and it’s a perfect midi length for me without looking too long. No size but fits like a M/L
