Everly Off Shoulder Tie Front Black Mini Dress

My favourite off shoulder dress i’ve ever owned. Shoulder elastics are perfect so that it stays out but aren’t so tight they hurt. Length is also perfect. Is double layer dress and the top lure is a beautiful chiffon that ties in the front at the waist. Can be loosened or tightened as needed!!
