I'm sorry you weren't pleased with the jacket you purchased from me. I'll be happy to refund what you paid for it. I never had the problems you mentioned and I was a definate 10 when I bought it. This is the first time I've had a disappointed seller so I'd surely like to change that! Do you know how I go about the refund process?

It's a high quality jacket and I'm sure your creativity will work. However, it's not fair that you received anything other than what you expected. I will be happy for you to keep the jacket but want to return your purchase price. I pride myself on purchasers giving me deserved high ratings and would like to find a soution that would allow you to do the same. How would you feel about this?

I apologize for my delay. I've been out of pocket my daughter went into labor 6 weeks early and I now have a beautiful granddaughter, named Zuri that has stolen my heart and my money. Thank you for holding your items for me. I've had every intention on doing so but at this time I can't.
