Excellent condition Roots cropped sweatpants

Selling very gently used Roots cropped straight leg sweatpants in a forest green. They are size Small and measurements can be seen in photos. There isn’t much sign of wear anywhere except in the waistband where the string has been tied. There isn’t any pilling or signs of wear at the hems or crotch area (see photos). There are no pockets on the outside but there is one small pocket on the inside.
