Express 100% black polyurethane leather look wrap around belted skirt size 2

This little skirt is new with tags still attached. Black polyurethane. It is fully lined in polyester. Angled pleats in the front of the wrap around skirt The waist is belted with hoops in the front and back. The buckle and eyelets are a nice silver contrast. It is a size 2 and has a 26 inches waist and it is 20 and a half inches from top to bottom. Would look great with the black polyurethane First Kiss top on my listings . (17)
